Answer

Yes, you may add rides and events from different clubs and groups.  Some of the Guzzi Owners here are members of others clubs like the MRA and Ulysses.  Adding these outside rides and events is mutually benificial as it gives users of this site more choice and spreads the word about an event to more motorcyclists.
